Canceling Payments

When a payment has been initiated, it cannot be canceled. The merchant or business that you submitted payment to can issue a refund if necessary. If you used a bank account to submit your payment, you must wait five to seven business days (not including weekends or holidays) for the payment to complete before the merchant can initiate a refund.
