Cancelling your payment authorisations

  1. Sign in to Amazon Pay.
  2. Click Merchant Settings.
  3. Click the Details link for the applicable payment authorisation.
  4. Click the Cancel link.
  5. In the dialog box that appears, click Confirm Cancellation.

Note: When you cancel a payment authorisation, future attempts to charge your means of payment using the payment authorisation will fail. Past payments made using the payment authorisation will not be cancelled. If you want to request a refund for past charges, please contact the beneficiary of the payment.
