Viewing orders and transactions

Amazon Pay provides a single view of your orders and transactions. You can review all transactions, or you can filter them by activity type (means of payment), by sent or received date, or by credit and debit events.

Review your orders made with Amazon Pay

  1. Go to the Amazon Pay website, and then sign in.
    The Overview page appears, showing your Account Activity — the most recent transaction at the top with date, type, payment to/from, name of the sender or recipient, status, and amount.
  2. To see or filter by specific transaction types, click the Activity drop-down box, and then choose an option.
  3. To review a specific transaction, set the appropriate date range, and then click View.
  4. To see details like transaction ID and payment method used for the transaction, click Details.

What it means

Open

Charge Pending

The order is open because payment is pending

Open

Completed

Payment is completed, but the order remains open until no more charges are possible.

Closed

Charge Pending

The order is closed but additional charges are possible (for example, for multi-item orders and additional shipping charges).

Completed

The order is closed and payments are complete.

Closed

Not Charged

The order is closed with no payment made.

Cancelled

Cancelled

The order and payment were cancelled.

Suspended

Suspended

The order and payment were suspended because of problems with the payment method, but providing another payment method can reopen the order.
