Please create separate Amazon Pay accounts and Amazon seller accounts.
Please create an Amazon Pay seller account with an email address that is not used for Amazon seller services, buyer accounts, or other Amazon Pay accounts.

The subject lines of emails sent to ID email addresses after Amazon Pay account registration until pre-implementation screening is completed are as follows. (As of 2021/6) Immediately after registration: [IMPORTANT] Thank you for applying for Amazon Pay/ [IMPORTANT] Confirm the details of your application When pre-implementation screening begins: Notice of commencement of Amazon Pay screening When pre-implementation screening is completed: [Screening completed] Please set the settings to start using Amazon Pay
- If the pre-implementation screening starts and is completed on the same day, only completion notification emails will be sent.
If you receive a notification immediately after registration, but the completion notification email does not arrive even after about 3 business days have passed, there is a possibility that there was some kind of incompleteness in the account registration information. There are cases where a correction request email is sent in line with the content, so just in case, check whether you have entered a valid email address or whether it is in the spam folder, etc. If you do not receive any emails after about 3 business days, please contact technical support.
After entering the “Payment Page Domain” and “Privacy Policy URL” on the detailed settings page, the page does not progress even if you click “Next” even though no particular error message has appeared
ReasonIt may occur when you register using special characters (environment-dependent characters) in the “site name” on the company overview page.
Solution- Once, select Logout from the settings menu in the upper right corner of the application step
- With the email address and password registered at the time of application Seller Central > Seller Information
- Update the production environment, test environment, and each store name from Store Details > Edit
*Note: Please do not use environment-dependent characters (model-dependent characters) in store names.
