Partner will be assigned an Amazon Partner Manager who will service as the primary point of contact for all matters related to not only the Partner Program, but also to any other existing agreement with Amazon.  The name and contact information of the Partner will be provided after Partner joins the Partner Program.

Partner will be invited to join any Amazon Partner Day organized and sponsored by Amazon taking place in the country where it is headquartered. In addition, Partner will not be limited as to the number of its employees that attend any Partner Day (“Attendees”), provided that Partner responds to Amazon prior to any relevant deadlines to provide Amazon with the number of Attendees.

Partner will be invited to join any Amazon Partner Day taking place in the country where it is headquartered. In addition, Partner shall be entitled to bring a specific number of Attendees to the Partner Day, as stipulated by Amazon, provided that Partner responds to Amazon prior to any relevant deadlines to provide Amazon with the number of Attendees.

4. Technical Training for Partners

Amazon, at Amazon’s discretion, will provide in-person technical training to Partner to deepen their knowledge of the features and functioning of Amazon products, including Amazon Pay.  Scheduling of such training sessions shall be mutually agreed.  In addition, Amazon will make available written and video materials describing the Amazon products, including technical documentation.

5. New Feature Adoption

Partners will be given early access to any new features or Amazon product to help define and refine Amazon’s offering.  Such involvement will be prioritized.

Partner will be listed by logo in the first section on Amazon’s Partner webpage for each country in which it operates.  In addition, Amazon will provide a short description of Partner based on information provided to Amazon by Partner.  Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, Amazon shall have sole discretion over the final version and content of such description.

10. Eligibility for Market Development Funding

If Amazon deems there is a suitable opportunity for Partner and Amazon to pursue and share the costs related to an external joint marketing activity, such as a trade fair or a banner on a website hosted by a third party, Amazon will reach out to Partner to ascertain whether Partner would be interested in such an activity.
